Description
The plastic super mini ring, also known as the plastic flat ring, is a modified version of the cascade ring with the flange and ladder removed. This unique design increases the bulk density of random packing. The plastic super mini ring has a small height-to-diameter ratio, approximately 1:3, featuring an optimized passage structure, low pressure drop, high flux, and superior treatment performance. Its improved handling capacity and mass transfer efficiency are particularly noticeable. Due to its structural changes, it effectively reduces axial back-mixing in the packing layer, improving liquid-liquid mass transfer efficiency between two phases. Furthermore, it is ideal for use in liquid-liquid mass transfer in extraction processes.
The flat ring packing shares similarities with the cascade mini ring but lacks top turn-ups. This design ensures uniform packing orientation during stacking, increases packing density, and enhances liquid distribution within the packing, resulting in improved separation efficiency.

Product Material
Plastic super mini rings are made from corrosion-resistant materials such as: Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Reinforced Polypropylene (RPP), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), among others.

Application
Due to their high processing capacity and excellent mass transfer properties, plastic super mini rings are widely used in applications such as liquid-liquid extraction, gas-liquid mass transfer, vacuum distillation, distillation of thermally sensitive materials, decomposable plant material distillation, polymerization material distillation, and carbonization material distillation.
