Deze spuitgegoten vulmodule is gemaakt van een UV-beschermd polypropyleen copolymeer dat bestand is tegen langdurige blootstelling aan zware omgevingen, waaronder chemicali\u00ebn zoals alkali\u00ebn, zuren, oli\u00ebn en biologische agentia.<\/p>\n<p>Elke HTP25-module levert uitzonderlijke thermische prestaties in een compacte vormfactor dankzij de nauwkeurig ontworpen druppelgeometrie. Met meer dan 3.600 druppelpunten per kubieke voet (127.000\/m\u00b3) optimaliseert het geavanceerde ontwerp met offset lamellen het breken van water en maximaliseert het contactoppervlak. De open, vuilafstotende lay-out is vooral effectief voor systemen met veel zwevende deeltjes in het circulerende water.<\/p>\n<p>Voor gebruik bij hoge temperaturen of een verbeterde waterdistributie kan HTP25 worden ge\u00efnstalleerd boven traditionele vullingen van PVC-folie. Het systeem kan continu worden gebruikt tot 80\u00b0C (176\u00b0F) en er zijn brandvertragende versies beschikbaar voor projecten die extra veiligheidsmaatregelen vereisen.<\/p>\n<p>De hoge kreukelweerstand van het materiaal - getest op minimaal 500 psf (24 kN\/m\u00b2) - is vijf keer hoger dan de gebruikelijke vereisten en garandeert duurzaamheid en structurele integriteit tijdens installatie en gebruik. Bovendien kunnen de modules worden gereinigd met hogedrukspuitsystemen, waardoor onderhoud eenvoudig is.<\/p>\n<p>HTP25-platen voor spatvulling zijn verkrijgbaar in standaardlengtes van 36 inch en kunnen indien nodig worden overlapt tot een 72 inch-pakket.
