Description
AFVF19 Vertical-Fluted Sheet Fills are high-efficiency heat exchange media designed for use in counterflow cooling towers, particularly in utility and industrial applications using surface water make-up. Featuring a vertical flute structure and engineered microstructure, AFVF19 facilitates superior air and water redistribution to enhance thermal performance and reduce drift and splash-out.
Manufactured from durable PVC or PP, these fills resist UV radiation, chemical corrosion, and biological fouling, making them ideal for challenging operating conditions, including dirty water environments. The open vertical-channel design minimizes clogging and supports longer service intervals.
AFVF19 fills are available in modular block configurations for easy installation and can be adapted to fit a wide range of cooling tower dimensions. Optional AccuShield® and Mechanical Assembly technologies are available for enhanced protection and stability. The product complies with CTI Standard 136.
