The ceramic saddle ring bed exhibits a substantial void ratio, with the inner layer predominantly comprising circular arc-shaped liquid passages. This design minimizes gas resistance through the bed and reduces the radial diffusion coefficient as liquid flows downward.

The ceramic saddle ring combines features of both ring and saddle shapes, facilitating liquid distribution and enhancing gas passage. With high density and exceptional resistance to acids and heat, the ceramic saddle ring withstands various inorganic acids, organic acids, and solvents, excluding hydrofluoric acid. Utilizing a continuous extrusion process, the ceramic saddle ring boasts advantages such as high flux, low pressure, and high efficiency.

As for resist corrosion from a wide range of substances, offering versatility for applications in drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, scrubbing towers, and activator columns across chemical, metallurgical, coal gas, and oxygen-producing industries.
