Constructed from high-quality polypropylene (PP) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the OS 21 fill can be manufactured in custom densities up to 80 kg/m³ to match specific structural and performance requirements. The product features over 97% free volume and an effective surface area of 148 m²/m³, enabling efficient air-water interaction while maintaining a low fouling rate. The solvent-free welding process ensures environmental compatibility and structural integrity, with options for factory preassembly or on-site installation.

The OS 21 fill is flame retardant and meets international fire safety standards including ASTM E84, UL 94, and DIN 4102-B2. Its modular design, mechanical strength, and optimized flow geometry make it a reliable choice for both new installations and system retrofits.
