Plastic Beta Ring Packing innovated by Kochgrich Company, the Plastic Beta Ring features inner arc tongues designed to enhance the uninterrupted flow of gas and liquid. These tongues also provide additional drop points, promoting the renewal of the liquid film surface and thereby improving mass transfer efficiency. The open structure and vertically inclined inner ring facilitate easier washing of solids by liquids. With high porosity, low pressure drop, minimal mass unit height, elevated flooding point, and effective gas-liquid contact, Plastic Beta Ring exhibits small specific gravity and boasts high heat and mass transfer efficiency. Widely recognized as an efficient random packing solution for the chemical industry, it finds application in water vapor cooling towers, absorption towers, and stripping devices within separation processes.

Plastic tower packing is crafted from plastics renowned for their heat resistance and resistance to chemical corrosion. These plastics include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The operational temperature range for these materials spans from 60 degrees Celsius to 280 degrees Celsius.
