Description

Plastic Hiflow ring tower packings are advanced, third-generation tower fillers engineered for superior performance, combining high mechanical stability, excellent porosity, and efficient mass transfer capabilities. The innovative grid structure ensures that these rings have an open porosity exceeding 50%, and their bed porosity is greater than that of Pall rings of similar dimensions. The design promotes a high fluid flow rate, resulting in a pressure drop that is 45% lower per square meter compared to Pall rings. The strategic placement of vertical steel bars and reinforced horizontal stripes significantly boosts the stiffness and strength of these rings. They feature a large free volume, reduced pressure, increased conveying device height, high overflow point, uniform gas-liquid contact, low specific gravity, and superior mass transfer efficiency.
Features of Plastic hiflow ring:
High free volume
Low pressure drop
Low mass-transfer unit height
High flooding point
Uniform gas-liquid contact
Low specific gravity
High mass transfer efficiency
Material of Hiflow Packing:
The plastic Super Intalox Saddle Ring is crafted from a range of heat-resistant and chemically resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

Application:
Thanks to these attributes, the rings are extensively used in packing towers across various industries such as petroleum, chemical, alkali-chloride, coal gas, and environmental protection. They perform effectively in media with temperatures ranging from 60℃ to 150℃.
Packages:

Plastic woven bag, ton bag, carton box.
