The U Type Cooling Tower Drift Eliminator is engineered to minimize drift losses in closed-circuit cooling towers, ensuring improved water conservation and enhanced operational safety. This product line includes two models: U-160 and U-120, named after their respective piece widths of 160mm and 120mm. Both models feature a U-shaped cross-sectional structure, which directs the airflow through a curved, multiple-turn pathway, capturing entrained water droplets and guiding them back into the system. This mechanism helps reduce water loss and minimizes the risk of chemical mist escaping into the surrounding environment.
Each drift eliminator piece can be customized in length and hole spacing, allowing it to be adapted to various tower geometries. The fin spacing options include 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, and 45mm, enabling operators to select the optimal configuration for their specific cooling system requirements. This versatility makes the U Type drift eliminator ideal for both new installations and retrofit projects.
Available in black, blue, or white, this product supports visual integration with various equipment setups. Installation is straightforward and secure, utilizing plastic rods and PP brackets, fastened with ABS nuts. The unit operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
