The CYPak21 is a high-performance, low-fouling corrugated fill media module designed for use in industrial cooling towers, scrubbers, and fluid treatment systems. Made from self-extinguishing thermoformed PVC, it features a cross-corrugated, vertical flow structure that enhances heat and mass transfer while minimizing clogging—even in systems with contaminated or high-solid-content water.
Engineered for durability and efficiency, CYPak21 modules are manufactured through solvent welding or welding techniques, ensuring mechanical integrity and long service life. The design maximizes surface area with a thermal exchange surface of 148 m²/m³, and offers up to 98% void space for optimal airflow and fluid contact. The material complies with ASTM E-84 and CTI 136 fire-resistance standards, making it suitable for demanding environments.
