Description

The M Type Cooling Tower Drift Eliminator is a key component used in closed cooling towers to effectively reduce water droplet loss during operation. Manufactured from high-performance PVC (polyvinyl chloride), it significantly lowers drift loss, conserves circulating water, and prevents the spread of chemical-laden mist, thereby protecting surrounding equipment and personnel.

The extrusion model M-170 features a distinctive M-shaped corrugated design, which effectively captures and redirects drifting droplets through multiple deflection paths. With a standard width of 170mm and a thickness of 0.6 to 0.8mm, it maintains strong structural integrity while allowing smooth airflow.

To accommodate various cooling tower structures, both the length and hole spacing of the product can be customized. The standard blade spacing is 40mm, which provides a dense arrangement for efficient droplet interception while minimizing airflow resistance.
