Description
The HTP20 Plastic PP Splash Net Grid Trickle Fill is a high-performance modular fill designed specifically for natural draft cooling towers. Suitable for both counterflow and crossflow systems, it is optimized for environments with poor water quality and high levels of suspended solids. Manufactured using injection molding technology, this fill enhances heat transfer efficiency through droplet generation while maintaining low pressure drop and strong mechanical stability.
Unlike traditional glued fills, the HTP20 adopts a non-glued, mechanically connected grid design that allows for quick, secure, and economical installation. The net structure is highly stable and easy to clean, even with high-pressure water jets. Made from durable polypropylene (PP), the fill media is chemically resistant and heat-resistant up to 90°C, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. With an expected service life of over 20 years, it is an ideal solution for industrial cooling tower upgrades and new installations.
