Constructed from heat-resistant and chemically corrosion-resistant plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), the Plastic Intalox Saddle boasts features including significant void space, minimal pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, elevated flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, reduced specific gravity, and heightened mass transfer efficiency. Its application temperature in various media ranges from 60 to 280℃.
