By preventing water splash-out and minimizing liquid water loss, it ensures the cooling system operates at peak efficiency while lowering operational costs.
This DE125 drift eliminator is equipped with air inlet louvers that effectively block sunlight from entering the cooling tower basin. This helps control algae growth, thereby reducing chemical treatments and further lowering chemical costs. In addition to its algae control capabilities, the air inlet louvers help minimize splash-out from the cooling tower, reducing water and chemical consumption. Maintenance is made easier with accessible basin design, allowing for more convenient access and removal.

- Durability & Material Performance: Made from UV-stable PVC, this composite material is highly resistant to weather exposure and is nearly impervious to chemical degradation caused by acids, alkalis, oils, fats, and biological agents. Additionally, it boasts excellent fire resistance, meeting or exceeding cooling technology association standards (CTI 136). Alternative materials such as PP and CPVC are available to meet higher temperature requirements.
