Description
TAP 155 drift eliminators are blade-style, site-assembled modules designed for large field-erected cooling towers. Manufactured from standard or flame-retardant polypropylene, these drift eliminators are engineered for high-efficiency water droplet removal, achieving drift rates below 0.001%.

Design & Performance
The sinusoidal-shaped blades guide the exhaust airflow through three directional changes, efficiently capturing drift droplets with minimal pressure loss. The open-blade spacing reduces fan power demand while maintaining airflow efficiency.
Construction & Installation
Each eliminator module is assembled using precision-designed spacers and connectors. The assembled structure is lightweight yet strong enough to span up to 2 meters between supports. TAP 155 features tool-free and adhesive-free assembly, ensuring a fast, clean installation process on-site.
Application Advantages
- High-efficiency droplet separation (< 0.001%)
- Low pressure drop and energy-efficient design
- Adaptable to various size requirements
- Quick and easy on-site assembly
- No glues or solvents required during installation
- Lightweight, modular structure reduces shipping and labor costs
Recommended Use
Ideal for international cooling tower projects where minimizing drift, simplifying logistics, and reducing freight costs are critical.
